A native and lifelong resident of Goleta, Bruce Winstrom has been involved
with the family business since the age of 18. He graduated Dos Pueblos High School, and attended Santa Barbara City College.
From there, he went on to work full time as an apprentice for the firm, then journeyman electrician, a total of 15 years in
the field. He took over the company reigns from his father Jack in 1988, and ownership in 1991. Bruce‘s values of honesty,
loyalty and integrity reflect those of the company, and he believes Goleta Electric should provide all customers outstanding
service based on these values.

Charles (Chuck) Baken wears many hats for the company, as he is the
Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager and Superintendent. He has played a major role with Goleta Electric for 21 years,
and believes that customer services means “quality services with qualified electricians at an economical price.“
Chuck went through his apprenticeship training with the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (NJATC) starting
in October of 1976 and finishing in April of 1980 out of local 1250 in Rapid City South Dakota. When asked what he enjoys
most about his job, Chuck says it‘s “being a major part of a project, from estimating, material purchasing, overseeing
the installation, and right up until the finished project.”

Annie Goodman has been with Goleta Electric four years as the Office
Manager and Bookkeeper. Born in Wisconsin, Annie came to Santa Barbara in her early teens, attended Dos Pueblos High School
and then Santa Barbara City College. With 30 plus years of long-term employment with small to medium size companies holding
positions of bookkeeper, staff accountant, operations manager and office manager, Annie has the experience and qualifications
Goleta Electric needs to manage its business. She also has the passion and drive her job requires, and says she “always
welcomes the challenges that Goleta Electric provides.“ When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Annie says it
is the “direct involvement with all aspects of the company, such as input on contracts and ability to act with the owner
and staff to fulfill contracts, big or small.“ Annie is a valued member of the Goleta Electric team.
